Happy 8 month birthday, Mason! To echo every month prior, we cannot believe how fast time is flying. At 8 months old Mason now has his two front bottom teeth (see prior post!) and is a sitting champ. Despite the fact he moves ALL OVER his crib during the night and when he wakes up from naps, he is taking his sweet time scooting or crawling in his awake hours. He loves to roll around with his toys on the floor, but if something is out of reach he doesn't quite know how to get from a sitting position onto his belly, or how to scoot himself forward once there. Considering we're doing a lot of construction around the house, we're grateful that he's still immobile! However, he's starting to love standing up so who knows, maybe he'll skip crawling all together. He's somewhere between 17-18 lbs and in mostly 9-month clothing, and is just the happiest, smiliest baby ever and loves anyone who will play with him.
He is definitely a busy boy! We had to snap this one quick before he took down Blue & Pooh, and started crinkling the paper.
One of his favorite things to do is go to the park & swing. He sits in that thing for a long time, laughing and watching the other kids playing.
